1. Start your campaign with the AI Campaign Manager
When creating a new campaign inside #gifted, simply select the AI Campaign Manager option. The overall campaign setup remains the same as a standard gifting campaign, ensuring brands can adopt the feature without changing their existing workflow.

2. Set up your gift as usual
Add products, quantities, and shipping details exactly as you normally would. AI automation enhances the management of the campaign, not the structure of the offer itself.

3. Brief your AI Campaign Manager
Provide clear guidance on the creators you want to work with, the deliverables you expect, preferred timelines, and any brand-specific requirements. This brief becomes the foundation for how the AI assesses applicants and manages collaboration conversations.

4. Choose the conversation style that fits your brand
Brands can select from five distinct AI personas, each shaping the tone and energy of creator communication. This ensures automated conversations still feel aligned with your brand voice and collaboration style.

5. Intelligent assessment and creator filtering begins
As creators apply, the AI Campaign Manager evaluates alignment with your brief, opens conversations to confirm expectations, and filters out unsuitable applicants. Creators who meet the agreed criteria are progressed into a clear shortlist for review. You can step in and review or take control at any time!

6. Confirm the collaborators you want to work with
Brands retain full control at the decision point. Simply review the shortlisted creators and approve those you’d like to move forward with.

7. Automation completes the remaining administration
Once collaborators are confirmed, the AI Campaign Manager finalises deliverables and timelines, automates Shopify gifting where connected, or provides a clean list of creator shipping details ready for dispatch.

8. Content begins to land
